ECS Tuning Build-Your-Own Rear Big Brake Conversion Kit - Vented Disc Upgrades

Choose from standard-sized 256x22mm vented rotors or step up to our massive ECS Tuning in-house designed and engineered 306x22mm  BBK!  With larger diameter brake rotors, vented cooling veins  and proper positioning of the brake pad comes  increases in braking force and more consistent, high speed stopping power with less fade resistance than the smaller, solid disc rotors.   In order to convert from solid disc to vented disc you will need wider calipers and carriers to fit the ventilated rotors. Choose from our list of OEM, new or remanufactured vented rear brake calipers or source your own. You will also need to completely trim your 232x9 dust shields in order to fit the wider, more inset rotors. For a cleaner install you can replace the dust shields with 256x22 rear dust shields, which will require rear wheel bearing removal as the dust shield bolts cannot be accessed with the wheel bearing hub in the way.   We have included many  great brands of performance and OE brake pads if it's time for a brake pad service. You can  reuse your original pads from your 232x9mm brakes if they are in good condition as they still fit the new wider carrier from the 256x22 brakes.     Don't sacrifice braking performance.
