WHAT IS MAP PRICING?
MAP or Minimum Advertised Pricing is a pricing policy put in place by many of our suppliers to ensure an even playing field amongst retailers.

Eurosport Performance follows strict MAP pricing policies with our suppliers meaning that our vendors and suppliers set minimum prices for products which we cannot, under any circumstance, violate.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
Eurosport Performance is pleased to offer our customers price matching. However, in order for a product to be price matched, you must ensure that the product follows our price match policy available in the "Customer Service" section of our website.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DELAYS?
If a product is in stock at our warehouse, located in Montreal, Canada, shipping to most Canadian provinces will take between 4-7 days with express options ranging from 1-3 days. Orders shipping to the United States usually take between 5-10 days depending on the state you reside in.

International orders (excluding the United States) may take longer than 10 days. If you placed an order and reside outside of North America, feel free to contact us to receive your ETA.

CAN I USE MY CUSTOMER CREDIT ONLINE?
Eurosport Performance is a Canadian registered business, meaning we must charge taxes to Canadian residents. International orders being shipped outside of Canada are tax exempt.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Eurosport Performance offers guest checkout. However, by checking out as a guest, you will not accumulate points. We always recommend creating an account when purchasing products. This not only helps us in the order process, it also gives you access to enhanced customer service tools.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL!
Don't panic! Once you complete all checkout steps, it may take a few minutes before receiving your confirmation email or sms. Make sure to check your junk folders before contacting us. If you haven't received any confirmation email or sms within 15 minutes of placing your order, please contact us by placing your order number in the subject field.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
In order to cancel your order, please send an email to sales@es-performance.com with your order information. Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee. For our full cancellation and return policy, visit our "Refund Policy" under the "Customer Service" tab.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 30 days to return your item if it has been unopened and unused. The product must also be in its original packaging. For warranty returns, we follow the manufacturers instructions. Please contact us if your product is subject to a warranty return.
