The ECS Carbon Fiber Rear Hatch Spoiler adds a dramatic alteration to your car's aerodynamic appearance! Adding a sleek, low drag-look to the rear of your MK7 GTI or Golf R and makes your car look increasingly more aggressive and sportier!

Easily installs over your existing OEM hatch spoiler with our included heavy duty 3M tape. 

PART DESIGN

  • Designed to fit OE GTI/Golf R rear hatch spoilers, it easily sticks on and follows the OE lines 

  • Simulates low drag-appearance similar to that of Super-Car looks!

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

  • With our included 3M tape, simply prepare both surfaces for mating by ensuring a warm, dry surface is achieved. Apply the 3M tape on contact points. Press firmly and allow tape to adhere before driving. 

*2 sterile antiseptic alcohol wipes (ES2918127) are suggest for proper installation.*

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.

Not A Great Fit, No Way To Fassen

This spoiler looks great but its just not made well enough to properly conform to the cars shape which makes it SUPER hard to attach to the car. The tape it comes with is completely insufficient and the spoiler fell off instantly. I then tried getting better outdoor rated 3M tape to use and covered 100% of any area that might even come close to making contact and it seemed good at first but again with the shape of the spoiler it was impossible to make good contact and it started to lift off. I cleaned the car with degreaser and isopropyl alcohol before mounting it but the shape was just wrong and it wouldn't stick.
I left it on for as long as I could and it fell of and damaged it pretty bad. I guess that parts on me but if I could go back in time I would have never bought it, or at the very least returned it when I saw what I had got.
