Refund policy

New / Unused Product Returns

Eurosport Performance will accept returns for unused products within 30 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees, if applicable. All products being submitted for a return must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, hardware, manuals, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable and are final sale.

Any refund requests placed prior to the shipping of the product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of a Eurosport Performance representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.

Warranty Product Returns

Eurosport Performance is not responsible for the defects or any type of damage cause by product malfunctions or issues related to the manufacturing of the product. In case of a damaged product, we will follow the manufacturers warranty policy. 

Eurosport Performance has the right to void any warranties if we find that a product is used or installed against the manufacturer's suggested use or if the product has been modified in any way. Warranty usually covers the repair or replacement of the original part only (depending on the manufacturer).

Genuine (OEM) products sold or shipped outside of Canada are sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty.

Return Process

In order to submit a return, you must fill out the refund form listed on our "Contact Us" page and include any pictures which could help us understand the nature of the issue with the product.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as pre-existing arrangements with a Eurosport Performance representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit.
