The Contest begins on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of Eurosport Performance (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or agents, advertising and promotion agencies and the Contest administrators.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate in this Contest you must: (i) hold a valid email address associated to a legitimate account (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.), (ii) enter either by placing an online order throughout The Contest Period on The Sponsor's proprietary website and/or by submitting your entry at https://es-performance.com/pages/contests

Ten (10) entry points will be registered for entries submitted via The Sponsor's registration form at https://es-performance.com/pages/contests and one (1) entry point will be registered for every dollar on purchases made through The Sponsor's proprietary website.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER) MAY BE POSTED ON INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK AND/OR THE SPONSOR'S PROPRIETARY WEBSITE, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED (BY USERS OF FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND OTHER INTERNET-BASED SITES) AND COMMENTED ON BY THE SPONSOR AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

No purchase necessary. To participate in this contest, you must hold a valid email address associated to a legitimate account (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.). The winner will be drawn on the 25th of February at 12:00 p.m (ET) and notified by email and/or phone. The prize is non transferable. Maximum of one (1) entry per entrant using the entry form. Using the entry form more than one (1) time will automatically disqualify the entrant.

On Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at approximately 12:00 p.m. (EST) in Sainte-Julie, Québec, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email and notified that they are eligible to win. The selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone. The Sponsor will then issue the prize and announce the winner by email and via Instagram.

If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted by phone or email within one (1) calendar days of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable; or (ii) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, then he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.

There will be one (1) grand prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) free order not exceeding 1999.99$ CAD which has been or will be placed on Eurosport Performance's website (https://es-performance.com). If the winner's order exceeds 1999.99$ CAD, a maximum of 1999.99$ CAD will be refunded to the original payment method used. If the winner has not placed an order (e.g. won solely from the Entry Form), a 500$ e-gift certificate will be issued to the winner.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions.

(i). Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement

(ii). By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest Rules. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.

(iii). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

(iv). All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
