PART DESIGN In-house designed and engineered using FARO ARM laser scanning technology and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling for precision fitment 3.0" T304 Stainless Steel CNC Mandrel Bent, Brushed Tubing with 1.25mm wall thickness The beautifully crafted final assembly is artfully Tig-welded and back purged for superior durability and the finest appearance Features a straight-through 3.0" flow path throughout the entire exhaust system, in the valve "open" position, which then merges into a dual 2.5" split tailpipe section for the least amount of restriction and turbulence A pair of perforated core, wool-packed mufflers absorb unwanted resonance and reduce volume while the valve is in the "closed" position Dual Muffler Design: In-house engineered to achieve the most desirable exhaust notes with the largest delta between valve "closed" and valve "open" driving conditions Dual 2.5" diameter tubing channels exhaust gases from the muffler merge section into both mufflers Valve Closed Routing -Mirrored 3-chamber perforated reduction tubes with stainless steel wool packing material provides a sporty driving experience without causing excessive resonance, volume and performance loss.
