ECS Tuning 1.5T Silicone Turbo Outlet Hose Kit - Red

The factory EA211 1.5T turbocharger outlet pipe wasn’t engineered for performance. Its abrupt, sharp bends and inconsistent inner diameter invite turbulence into the induction tract, reducing overall efficiency and hindering turbocharger performance. These shortcomings, when combined with weak, thin-wall plastic construction, highlight the need for a performance upgrade.

Engineered in-house by Volkswagen enthusiasts, our Silicone Turbo Outlet Hose upgrade is a direct-fit solution that addresses and improves upon the issues above. Wire-reinforced 4-ply silicone piping replaces the OE compressed plastic pipe, delivering increased airflow via a larger, more consistent inner diameter. CNC-machined billet aluminum adapters join the hose to the turbocharger inlet, providing a smooth transition free of obstruction.

Together, these design changes offer an 8.5% gain in overall airflow—a tangible increase for stock and tuned applications!
