Turner CAD designed the E39 540i muffler delete in-house, ensuring that each unit has integrated hangers and is mandrel bent to precisely fit in the factory exhaust location. Turner Motorsport E39 540 Muffler Delete removes the heavy, restrictive factory muffler and replaces it with light weight, high flow, T304 stainless steel 2.75" exhaust tubing. This exhaust adds a louder exhaust note in a simple, cost effective way without replacing the entire exhaust system and is fully compatible with the OEM rear valance. Turner's Muffler Delete creates a noticeable increase in exhaust sound, without adding significant drone at cruising speeds.
