The RacingLine Oil Management System has been specifically designed for MQB 2.0 & 1.8 TSI cars directly from RacingLine’s motorsport experience - not only to contain excess and unwanted oil vapour, but also to combat the notorious oil surge issue which can occur under high G track use. Don’t go on track without it!

If you're going to take your MQB car on track, you really need RacingLine’s Oil Management Kit. Without it, you'll risk oil starvation. Simple as that.

The most important and unique aspect of RacingLine’s Oil Management System is that it offers a proper solution to oil starvation under high-G braking. If you push your car hard on track, with track-tires and uprated brakes, the design of the 2.0 TSI EA888.3 motor retains oil in the top of the engine under extended high-G braking forces. Oil pools at the front of the engine, leading to smoke clouds and ultimately oil starvation.

To solve this, RacingLine’s kit replaces the full PCV block to provide a built-in baffle plate which prevents this oil surging forwards under heavy braking. It's this clever baffled PCV block that solves this problem once and for all.

It's no surprise that RacingLine shares this exact same Oil Management design with Volkswagen Motorsport and Audi Sport for the TCR race cars.

The catch tank itself is machine welded for the best possible finish before being coated in the distinct crinkle black powder coat. Ensuring that a RacingLine catch tank stands the test of time and retains its looks.

The system uses a 3 way baffled catch tank to effectively separate and collect excess moisture and oil vapor. Fitment keeps your intercooler and inlet tracts clear of oil build-up and provides clean airflow through the inlet manifold.

RacingLine’s catch can has an easy level measure with built in dipstick. The Drain Plug at the base of the tank gives easy disposal of the excess fluids. The tank locates on the side of your motor mount and utilizes the original chassis bolt, retaining a true OE appearance.

Please Note: If you own a Golf 7R and certain early Audi S3 models, they have a different screen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars. These cars have the washer reservoir located on the right of the vehicle - which is where your new Catch Can will be mounted. So RacingLine’s Remote Washer Refill kit must be fitted as well.
