ECS Tuning 1.8T Silicone Vacuum Hose Set - EGR

Upgrade your weak, factory hoses to silicone for improved durability and looks! Replaces failure prone, heat-hardened rubber lines that can dry rot, crack, and be a common source of vacuum leaks. While serving a key purpose in supplying vacuum pressure to various underhood parts, this vacuum hose kit will also dress up any 1.8T engine bay!

PART DESIGN

• Constructed from fiber reinforced 2-ply silicone
• Fluorosilicone-lined tubing for excellent thermal stability
• CAD designed using direct scan data of the stock hoses - ensuring a seamless, factory-like fit!
• Includes a new OE style check valve
• New zinc-plated steel spring band clamps are included for ease of install and to ensure a tight seal!

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
