ECS Tuning B8 S4 / S5 3.0T Performance Aluminum Radiator

The factory radiator found in 3.0 TFSI-equipped B8s was designed for stock output—not high-performance. When pushed to the limit, its weak plastic end tanks will quickly become a limiting factor. After years of exposure to engine bay heat and chemical-laden antifreeze, the OE plastic end tanks are prone to leaking and cracking, posing the risk of a costly engine overheat. What's more, the flimsy single-row core does a poor job of dissipating heat, especially in tuned and modified applications.

Engineered in-house by our dedicated team of Audi enthusiasts, our High-Performance Aluminum Radiator offers a significant upgrade in both cooling capacity and durability. This direct-fit replacement features a dual-row, 40mm aluminum core for superior thermal efficiency and a substantial increase in coolant volume over the factory unit. Our design ditches the OE radiator's weak plastic end tanks in favor of TIG-welded 5052 aluminum pieces, a significant upgrade in durability and longevity. CNC-machined tabs and connectors ensure seamless integration with the factory hoses, fan shroud, and accessories, providing a trouble-free fit and easy installation.

Our Performance Aluminum Radiator was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio, facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.
