DESCRIPTION

This vent tube is located on top of the oil separator/PCV assembly in the valley of the engine block. The opposing end attaches to the bottom of the supercharger for proper ventilation. The OEM plastic tube can become brittle over time, leading to a plethora of other issues.

Our ECS vent tube features a billet construction for increased durability to help future-proof your 3.0T by preventing the cracking and warping that comes with plastic components!

FEATURES

  • Manufactured from billet 6061-T6 with type III anodized for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
    • Much stronger part than OEM plastic.
    • It will not become brittle and fatigued over time due to thermal cycling. This will prevent the part from breaking during the removal and reinstallation of the PCV.
  • Follows OEM form for perfect fitment.
  • Includes O-rings.

Our Billet Vent Tube Upgrade was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio, facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.
