Unleash the sound and performance your MINI was meant to deliver! Our ECS Cat-Back Exhaust systems are engineered to reduce weight, improve flow, and enhance the driving experience—all while maintaining daily-driver comfort.

From the factory, the B48/B46 engine is quiet and subdued, thanks to the stock downpipe and turbocharger acting as sound dampers. By retaining the factory downpipe and replacing the rest of the exhaust with our free-flowing 2.5" T304 stainless system, we’ve extracted the most character possible without going over the top. Expect enhanced sound, sharper throttle response, and added exhaust burbles that bring your MINI to life.

Designed to fit both the F55, F56, and F57 MINI Cooper S/JCW chassis, the system includes an extension pipe to account for the F55's ~6" longer wheelbase, ensuring fitment on either model. You can also purchase an adapter for the factory JCW exhaust variations. This has not been tested on a MINI with the factory JCW Tuning Kit (valved systems with push button). F56 and F57 share the same length.

Installing this exhaust system requires a single cut to your factory exhaust. Precise cutting instructions are included to ensure a clean, accurate modification. Once trimmed, the new exhaust system slides directly onto the factory connection point for a secure and seamless fit. No welding or custom fabrication needed, just measure, cut, and bolt it on.

We recommend having an Exhaust Pipe Cutter and Hanger Remover Pliers on hand for easier installation (ES#: 4615677).

**JCW factory exhaust cars (not tuning kit) will have to use the adapter set which you buy on its own in the kit, on the one side its a butt end fit, 2.75" to 2.75" factory cut exhaust. Then clamp is used.
