Upgrade your MINI Cooper N14 with our high-flow silicone turbo inlet hose, featuring increased internal volume for greater airflow, a smooth interior finish for an uninterrupted flow path, and more available air for your turbo to consume, resulting in enhanced performance and throttle response.

The ECS Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose for the R55/R56/R57/R58/R59 MINI Cooper S/JCW N14 engine was designed in-house with a high-quality 4-ply reinforced construction to provide a strong but flexible structure and secure fit. Smooth bends and internal walls with a counterbored outlet provides unimpeded airflow, while the smooth, gloss black exterior adds an appearance upgrade to any engine bay. We reinforced sections of the inlet to prevent flex and collapse. The stock inlet tube with age tends to walk off the turbo and ingest the gasket that comes with it, which leads to blown turbos!

Inlet is silicone so it can stretch slightly for some larger turbos that are slightly larger then the sizes it is designed for.

PART DESIGN

• Gradual taper from the larger diameter of the airbox outlet to the smaller diameter of the turbo inlet hard pipe

• Designed to resist oil and fuel degradation and tested up to a continuous 250° Fahrenheit operating temperature

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our ECS Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose was designed, engineered, tested, and quality-inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

• Installation is straightforward and is easily reversible. Simply remove the OEM inlet hose and replace it with our Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose.

• Hose can be trimmed/notched a little on the back side near the turbo for a snugger fit.
