ECS Tuning Oil Separator Service Kit

The 'Inner V' area, located between the cylinder heads on the newer Audi 4.0T engines, houses components that are vital to oil supply for the turbochargers. Over the years, the original incarnation of some of these components have proven to be failure prone, severely hindering oil supply from the valley, which ultimately leads to complete turbocharger failure from oil starvation.

There are Technical Service Bulletins open through Audi, noting these failure points. Many of the 4.0T equipped Audi models are now getting to the point where they're out of the year/mileage range to be covered under the factory warranty, leading these customers to have to pay out of pocket to cover these costly repairs. We have created this inclusive kit to remedy the oil separator issues with the revised oil separator straight from Audi.
