The ECS Tuning-designed RA4 lightweight flywheel kits for B6 1.8T increase clutch friction disc diameter from 228 to 240mm for better power transfer, and cut flywheel mass for improved throttle response.
Less mass means a lower moment of inertia. Weighing in at a trim 12 pounds, the ECS single mass flywheel spins up faster and easier than the hefty 26 pound flywheel shipped from the factory. Off the line, that's like lugging 250 fewer pounds of vehicle weight.
Light doesn't mean wimpy. Our lightweight flywheels are amazingly strong. Couple one with RS4 or S4 clutch options for improved performance that doesn't sacrifice driveline smoothness at idle. If your favorite words are “go fast,” this same flywheel can handle the no-nonsense Clutch Masters FX300 performance clutch package, no sweat.

**On our development vehicle equipped with a poly ECS Snub Mount, very slight audible chatter was noticed. Accompanying modifications can also increase or decrease the amount of "NVH" or "chatter" in the drivetrain. Please contact our sales team with any questions.**

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
