DESCRIPTION

'Popping' coil packs are a thing of the past when adding ECS Tuning's Coil Pack Hold Down Kit to your 1.8T.

Coil packs backing out of the cylinder head is a common 1.8T issue that can leave your engine running one or more cylinders short. A rough running engine is hardly desired when starting your vehicle and that's why ECS Tuning has engineered the perfect solution.

These billet coil pack brackets were designed in-house by ECS Tuning's R&D department to solve the issue of the coil packs 'popping' out of the cylinder head. The brackets are hard anodized for protection and feature a plastic adjustment screw, for fine tuning the pressure put on the coil packs, with stainless hardware for assured durability.

This kit includes four billet coil pack brackets, silver in color, complete with securing hardware and adjustment screws. Don't settle for an intermittent misfire and keep your engine running strong with solutions from ECS Tuning.

*Volkswagen engine codes AWW & AWP require trimming of the vacuum reservoir bracket for proper fitment as the hold downs will interfere with the vacuum reservoir.

Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
