ECS introduces our own in-house engineered complete Stage 1 braking solution for your Special Edition MKIV. This bolt-on upgrade replaces your 256mmx22mm rotors with massive 306mmx22mm two-piece cross-drilled and slotted ECS rotors. A larger diameter brake rotor increases braking force, much like a longer wrench will increase the torque applied to a stubborn bolt. Bigger rotors don't only help your vehicle stop, it'll have others stopping to see how good they look behind your favorite wheels. Cross-drilling and slotting a rotor increases a rotor's cooling and cleaning capacity for reduced brake fade, meaning a more consistent pedal during spirited driving sessions. We then paired these rotors with black anodized brake brackets to move braking force away from the center of the axle, further increasing your braking leverage.
