ECS Tuning underdrive pulleys can help recover lost horsepower. This replacement for the weighted factory pulley is easy to install and comes in at a very light .52lbs - 84% lighter than the stock 3.25lbs. Providing a 20% underdrive takes power that would otherwise be used to spin accessories, and transmits that power safely and efficiently to the wheels. This reduction in rotational mass and underdrive affect help improve acceleration (especially in lower gears) while improving throttle response across the RPM band.
Looking for hard numbers? We put our lightweight underdrive pulley to test on a 2012 MKVI Jetta 2.5L automatic and the results were impressive. We experienced a 0.7 improvement in 0-60 times and chipped 0.2 seconds off our quarter mile time. Great numbers out of a single bolt-on part!

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
