DESCRIPTION

Replacement air filter used in many ECS Tuning Luft-Technik or Kohlefaser Luft-Technik intake systems.

This custom-spec'd high flow, reusable cotton gauze air filter element allows maximum balance between airflow and filtration efficiency. Featuring a 3 1/8" bell mouth inlet that smooths incoming air, a conical shape that maximizes filtration surface area and an 8-ply cotton gauze construction.

Our ECS Air Filter Element was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

When tested on our in-house Superflow SF-750 Flowbench we measured 475 CFM at 10" H20.

Air filter dimensions are:

  • Base Outside Diameter - 5.0"
  • Filter Height - 7.0"
  • Top Outside Diameter - 4.5"

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
