The Autotech Hi-Volume Fuel Pump Upgrade for the 2.0T FSI allows for up to 50 percent greater fuel flow. It essentially removes pump limitations, even on high-end turbo upgrades. Each piston and cylinder is match-ground and serialized to ensure absolute precision and longevity. This pump uses plasma DLC coating on HPFP components to reduce friction loss and increase performance. This kit is also a common fix for the P2294 CEL code. If you’re experiencing fuel cutouts, this new fuel pump is for you.
VW has encountered a problem with the FSI camshaft and cam follower that could lead to damage to your engine's cylinder head. To prevent this damage, ECS has included a Cam Follower Replacement Kit with this fuel pump.
This small part can play quite a big role in your engine's well-being. It conveys the movement of your camshaft into power for the high pressure fuel pump by riding directly on the camshaft lobe.
If it becomes worn to the point of breaking it can cause permanent damage to the camshaft, fuel pump, or both. It could also send metal particles into your cylinder head which can cause damage to moving parts. Without replacement, it is common for followers to have holes worn through them.
Replacing this follower as a form of preventative maintenance can save you from spending even more money and time replacing your fuel pump or camshaft from damage caused by a worn follower.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
