Turner Motorsports Delrin splitter Protection Skid Plates - Extended

The E9x M3's have a very aggressive style to them especially in the front bumper, unfortunately a part of the design that stands out the most is also often the first point of contact over uneven surfaces or with road debris. After repeated scraping, the desirable carbon fiber front splitters can fray or even wear through over time, and while carbon fiber is very strong and lightweight it has very poor impact resistance, so even a light impact with road debris can crack them. The solution here is to introduce a tougher material to be sacrificial in protecting your expensive carbon splitters. Turner engineers selected Delrin thanks to its toughness, impact resistance, deep matte color, and wear resistance. This means when these plates take the hit they will barely show the damage, keeping your splitters in much better shape for a lot longer. Available in both flush and extended fitments, these extended Splitter Protection Skid Plates are CNC-machined to follow the contour of the lower bumper lips with a 1.5" exposed lip for a great mix of protection and aggressive looks. These splitter skid plates were designed to install without modification to your vehicle utilizing the existing mounting holes with a couple strips of double sided body tape, so this can be installed in your driveway at any type of mechanical skill level.
