A last time, end-all repair of the inadequate OEM PCV hose design. By replacing the flimsy, heat hardened, OEM plastic hose with a 3-ply fiberglass reinforced silicone hose, pre-molded to OEM specifications you can be certain to cure the inevitable return of many oil leaks and driveability problems that would have been.
Our ECS Tuning Silicone Upper PCV Hose includes the upper (manifold) PCV hose in gloss black silicone material and stainless steel smooth band hose clamps so you don't have to try and scour the garage or local parts stores.
PART DESIGN
Molded to OEM specifications, this is a direct replacement to the failure-prone, heat-hardened plastic hose that nobody likes to mess with!
Easier to service than OEM clip-on hose
Made from heavy duty, wire-reinforced 3-ply fiberglass silicone, our silicone hose can handle greater temperatures and more flexibility than the OEM plastic hose without failure. Designed to resist oil, fuel and electrochemical degradation and tested up to continuous 250° Fahrenheit operating temperature, sustained engine vacuum and over 45psi, you can expect to achieve greater reliability, less turbulence and improved flow with our smooth silicone hose.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our ECS Silicone Upper PCV Hose was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We ensured the highest level of precision and quality is delivered throughout rigorous long term product testing and leading-edge product development methods.
INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
Installation is as simple as unclipping the factory PCV hose and installing the ECS silicone replacement with the included hose clamps.
* This part is designed for the FSI engine only. This can easily be found on the engine cover of your 2.0T VW/Audi. It will clearly be stamped FSI (not TFSI).

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
