For the daily driver at stock height or the enthusiast with an aggressive suspension drop, our ECS Aluminum Street Shield Tunnel Brace adds peace of mind and protection against potholes, road debris and other predators looking to ruin your day.
Constructed from 5/32" (4.0mm) thick 5052 aluminum and weighing in only at a combined 14.30lbs, with built-in air ventilation and a new carrier bearing heat shield, our Street Shield Tunnel Brace is sure to stand up to harsh road conditions while providing a smooth, aerodynamic undercarriage.
Our brace encompasses the full length of the mid-undercarriage from the front subframe to the rear tunnel cross brace to provide complete protection and reinforcement. For ultimate strength and rigidity our Street Shield bolts directly to the front subframe/lower control arm bushing housings with all new OEM mounting bolts. For a complete installation, this kit includes OEM coated fasteners for quality and corrosion protect.
The included aluminum Carrier Bearing Heat Shield replaces the factory shield in order to provide a flat mounting surface for the ECS Tunnel Brace. In addition to this necessary replacement, the ECS Carrier Bearing Heat Shield is thicker than factory which provides improved protection to the driveshaft support bearing from road debris and exhaust heat.
Our ECS Aluminum Street Shield Tunnel Brace Kit was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling and rigorous long term product testing.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
