ECS Tuning MK7 Jetta Trunk Spoiler (Carbon Fiber)

The spoiler is crafted of high quality hand laid carbon fiber to achieve its world class appearance and durability and provides a sporty style that's sure to set your vehicle apart from the rest. Installs with no drilling, cutting or any permanent modifications. 

PART DESIGN

• Designed and Engineered in-house using state of the art 3D laser scanning and CAD technology for precision fitment

• Accentuates the OE body lines throughout the outer edge of the spoiler

• Utilizes 3M double sided tape for a strong bond to the body

• Manufactured from lightweight, hand laid epoxy resin pre-impregnated 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber cloth and autoclave cured

• Finished in a durable gloss clear coat for UV resistance

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our ECS Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

• After you have everything lined up, simply remove the liner on the already attached high strength dual sided tape and press the spoiler firmly onto the trunk lid. See our Installation Guide for general surface prep and installation. 

• 2 sterile antiseptic alcohol wipes (ES2918127) are suggested for proper installation.
