*When installing the carbon fiber intake tubes, make sure not to overtighten any clamps to prevent cracking of the tubes* The factory M3/M4 intake, while functional, could use some improvement. While engineering this intake, Turner meticulously collected data to ensure MAF scaling matched factory intake exactly in order to maintain correct AFRs. The 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber inlet tubes are available in either matte or carbon finish - if you're looking for a more economical option, Turner also offers aluminum inlet pipes for a lower cost. Using the carbon fiber intake lids does reduce intake temperatures compared to running the open filter setup.
