The ECS Tuning Billet Aluminum DQ250 DSG / S Tronic Oil Filter Housing is an attractive, durable upgrade, machined from a solid block of T6 6061 aluminum. Engineered in-house to OEM specifications, our design includes OEM features that are often left out on other aftermarket housings, such as radiant heat protection, internal spring steel oil filter retention feature and thread vent port. The ECS DSG Filter Housing accepts a factory oil filter to maintain simplicity and OEM fitment. You can forget about cracked housings or stripped heads with our durable upgrade housing.
PART DESIGN
Designed and engineered in-house using FARO laser scanning and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling based on the OE housing geometry and features
Machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 billet aluminum; direct replacement to OE PN 02E305047A / 02E305045
German style buttress thread modeled to engage the female threads on your DSG transmission smoothly and to provide a tight fit
24mm hex head machined into the top to retain the use of the OE offset tool
Vent hole machined at the base of the threads to allows air to escape from the housing during install.
This vent is completely sealed off once fully installed
Torque specification laser etched on top of the housing in US customary and metric units for easy reference
Utilizes the Genuine OEM O-Ring seal
Includes a custom cut DEI Reflect-A-GOLD™ sheet for radiant heat protection of up to 800° F.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our ECS Billet Aluminum DSG Oil Filter Housing was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

Eurosport Performance does not have live inventory. Although we aim shipping out not stocked products within 5 business days, supply constraints, import proceedures and product availability can cause additionnal delays. Please refer to the table below for more accurate details.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
