ECS Tuning Atlas 3.6L VR6 Resonator Delete Pipe Kit

Our Resonator Delete Pipe Kit removes the heavy and restrictive factory resonator assembly on your Volkswagen Atlas / Atlas Cross Sport 3.6L VR6 and replaces it with our high flow, lighter weight, straight-through exhaust section. This adds a deeper exhaust note and brings out the "Wookie growl" in a simple, cost effective way without replacing the entire exhaust system. The resonator delete creates a drastic increase in exhaust growl and creates a more exhilarating driving experience, without adding significant drone at cruising speeds.

PART DESIGN

• Our in-house designed and engineered resonator delete pipe is made of durable 70mm OD T304 stainless steel, 1.25mm wall thickness, CNC mandrel bent tubing for straight-through exhaust gas routing

• Stainless steel, solid tube, barbed exhaust hangers are TIG-welded into the factory locations for direct fitment

• High quality stainless steel exhaust sleeve clamps are included for the inlet and outlet location; installation requires only 1 cut near the rear differential.

  • Completely reversible with our included exhaust sleeve clamps

• Our Resonator Delete Pipe Kit is CNC mandrel bent for OE quality fitment and is designed to avoid interference with other components, while removing sharp bends in favor of smoother transitions

• Our ECS Resonator Delete Pipe Kit was was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
