ECS Tuning Front Axle Delete Plug Set - Audi B8/C7

We found the growing need and desire of our enthusiast customers to convert their Quattro cars to RWD for some smokey shenanigans. We designed & engineered an in-house solution that allows you easily delete your front axles and keep your wheel bearings secure in the hub without front axles.  PART DESIGN Billet machined from a solid block of mild steel and then silver zinc plated for corrosion resistance  Retains ABS functionality while under normal driving conditions Fully reversible with no permanent modifications to the front drivetrain Takes place of the outer CV to properly retain the hub in the wheel bearing Tapped holes on back side for wheel bolts to hold the axle delete in place while tightening In-house designed and engineered using FARO ARM laser scanning technology and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling for precision fitment  KIT CONTENTS 2 Axle Delete Plugs  PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Our ECS Front Axle Delete Plugs were designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing. INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT Hardware is not included but we recommend 2 new axle bolts (8E0407643A) This is a direct fit product for your front wheel hubs - If you do not purchase our Center Diff Delete (ES4375353) a RWD conversion will REQUIRE extensive modification to your center differential (welded) and also works best with a welded rear differential. For best results we recommend you to disengage the ESP / ABS systems.
