ECS Tuning B8/C7 Center Differential And Axle Plug Delete Kit

Have you ever wanted a RWD Audi but didnt't want to weld your center diff or destroy good axles? Well our mad scientist in-house engineers designed a 100% reversible RWD kit!! We have only test fit on our development B8 S4 Manual with 0B2 409 755 L center differential. A part number cross reference shows our Center Diff Delete will fit Manual & DSG B8 S4 / S5 3.0T as well a Manual B8 A4 2.0T.

KIT CONTENTS

• Center Diff Delete

• 2 Axle Delete Plugs

CENTER DIFF DELETE PART DESIGN

• 4340 hardened steel construction

• Replicates and replaces splines in factory differential

• Locks the front and rear center differential outputs to provide 100% power delivery to the rear wheels with the front axles removed

• Multi piece design with wire EDM cut splines for cost reduction

FRONT AXLE DETETE PLUGS PART DESIGN

• Billet machined from a solid block of mild steel and then silver zinc plated for corrosion resistance

• Retains ABS functionality while under normal driving conditions

• Fully reversible with no permanent modifications to the front drivetrain

• Takes place of the outer CV to properly retain the hub in the wheel bearing

• Tapped holes on back side for wheel bolts to hold the axle delete in place while tightening

• In-house designed and engineered using FARO ARM laser scanning technology and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling for precision fitment

• Our ECS Center Diff Delete Plugs were designed using Center Diff 0B2 409 755 L out of the B8 S4 Manual & DSG. For B8 Manual A4 Customers please confirm you have 0B2 409 755 L center diff via your VIN. All products engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
