ECS Tuning Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System - Audi RS3 8V (2015-20)

The DAZA-equipped RS3 is undoubtedly considered to be legendary amongst automotive enthusiasts. The leading reason for this status is an exhaust note unlike anything else on the road. This 2.5L turbocharged 5-cylinder monster delivers a remarkable, deep and aggressive tone that can only be described as complete auditory perfection. At ECS, we've set out to perfect the renowned DAZA note with a gorgeous stainless steel cat-back exhaust that retains factory valve functionality—the perfect system combination for each and every enthusiast!

The full exhaust system is made from high-quality brushed T304 stainless steel with TIG welded joints for an exceptional look and durability. Dual 2.75" (70mm) mid-pipes are intended to adapt to either factory (65mm) or aftermarket (70mm) dual downpipes, allowing for further refinement and customization. Inside the muffler, perforated tubing is combined with stainless wool packing material to help absorb unwanted volume and minimize drone, resulting in a pure, refined exhaust note free from unwanted resonance or drone.

Through multiple design iterations and stringent product testing, we have engineered our exhaust system to free up horsepower and provide trouble-free installation.

• Fully integrated factory electronic servo-valves for retaining complete control of tone and volume.
• Strategically designed to achieve the most desirable exhaust note, as well as the largest delta between valve "closed" and valve "open" driving conditions. 
• Engineered to maximize ground clearance while retaining compatibility with other aftermarket parts such as downpipes and sway bars.
• Black chrome RS-style "Swoval" exhaust tips complete an aggressive rear end and feature a laser-etched ECS Tuning insignia.

PART DESIGN

• Dual 2.75” (70mm) mid-pipes are designed to adapt to either 65mm (factory) or aftermarket (70mm) dual downpipes.
• Dual mid-pipes collect into single 3.5” (89mm) pipe.
• Single 3.5" (89mm) pipe splits to a dual 3.0” (76mm) for the valved muffler section.
• The beautifully crafted final assembly is artfully TIG-welded and back-purged for superior durability and the finest appearance.
• 12mm barbed exhaust hangers, featuring 360° hanger stoppers, are Tig-Welded in OE locations for precise location.
• Includes our unique RS “swoval” tip design for perfect tip placement and fitment.
• Strategically placed slip joints provide the most adjustability to obtain perfect fitment.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our 8V RS3 Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.
