THE AWE SWITCHPATH™

The AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust is available as a full catback or axleback system, offering the perfect blend of civility and fury. At cruising speeds, the system stays composed. Drop the hammer and you’re met with a soundtrack that lets the 4.4T sing.

SwitchPath™ is fully valved and integrates seamlessly with factory valve behavior for total control via the M5’s drive modes. Performance doesn’t take a back seat either—expect peak gains of 4 hp and 4 ft-lbs of torque, and max gains of 22 hp and 18 ft-lbs at the wheels, with a 17 lb weight savings over stock.

THE TRACK EDITION

Also available as a full catback or axleback, the Track Edition is for those who want the rawest experience possible. It retains the same design and construction of its SwitchPath™ sibling, minus the valves in the rear.

The result: a 21 lb reduction from stock, with a tone that doesn’t hold back. Warning: it gets rowdy, especially in mid-range RPMs. This system cannot be returned for sound-related reasons—choose wisely.

PERFORMANCE MID PIPES

Available separately, AWE’s Performance Mid Pipes feature a precision-engineered x-pipe to unlock even more personality from the S63 engine. Pair with either exhaust configuration for the full experience.
