We’ve got to hand it to the engineers who sat down and came up with the idea to build a 7 speed transmission that shifts gears in 50 milliseconds. When BMW implemented their new dual-clutch transmission (or DCT), purists were up in arms that they could no longer row through the gears using an H-pattern gearbox (thankfully BMW usually gave buyers the option to spec a manual transmission). As time went on however, and more drivers got to experience the feeling of driving a car with a DCT, many came around to the idea.
This dampened hub has become the basis for all of our DCT flywheel builds and has been tested on the street and on the track from factory powered cars as well as behind engines that have been extensively modified and the feedback has been nothing but positive. Word has spread quickly within the DCT community that our sprung hub setup is the ticket to a smooth and reliable DCT driving experience. Whether you are making a custom DCT flywheel or modifying an existing flywheel, you can be confident knowing you are going to be using the best DCT sprung hub available.
If you need a custom flywheel built for your application and want to utilize our hub, we are happy to assist and this is a very common request for us. With our inventory of ring gears and steel and aluminum billets we can usually have a custom flywheel headed out the door in 2-3 weeks. Custom flywheels are made to customer provided specifications and we can help you get all the measurements you need to make sure your flywheel fits perfect on the first try.
Eurosport Performance does not have live inventory. Although we aim shipping out not stocked products within 5 business days, supply constraints, import proceedures and product availability can cause additionnal delays. Please refer to the table below for more accurate details.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
