ECS Tuning 2.0T FSI High Performance Aluminum Radiator

The factory radiator found in the VW/Audi  2.0T FSI / Gen3 TSI application was engineered to only support stock power outputs and last within a set service life. All too often when more power is demanded the cooling system becomes stressed and can shed only so much heat, in so much time. The ECS Tuning in-house engineered Performance Aluminum Radiator utilizes a larger volume, triple pass radiator core aluminum heat exchanger that is hand TIG-welded to 5052 aluminum end tanks and polished to perfection. Featuring a 65% increase in overall volume compared to stock, this is a direct replacement radiator that will outperform and outlast the OE unit!

PART DESIGN

• Our radiator utilizes all factory mounts, fan shroud, hose connections for a direct OE upgrade WITHOUT modifications to any other components 

• Increase in +65% volume over the stock radiator.

• Pressure tested to 1.5 bar at 0% leak down to ensure quality and leak-proof manufacturing

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
