DESCRIPTION

Turbo failure is a common issue on the 4.0T platform. Keep your vehicle running at its peak performance while remaining protected with this kit. This kit includes all hardware and gaskets needed to replace the revised oil strainer and turbos. Damage to the turbocharger is rarely the result of turbocharger failure. Therefore, it is important to perform further checks to find the root cause, to avoid repeat repairs.

Some common symptoms of turbo failure are:

  • Engine cannot be started or only with difficulty.
  • Engine makes unusual noises when accelerating.
  • Engine has reduced performance

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it may be time to replace your turbos, and ECS is here to make that an easy process.

* This kit does not include the turbos or waste gate actuator units, due to these being VIN specific. Please contact our sales team directly if you need to order these.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
