The mechanics are simple: spin the supercharger faster and get more boost! Stage 1 ECU tunes are great, but to extract real power from your 3.0T, upgraded pulleys are your best choice. Spinning the stock Eaton TVS1320 supercharger faster (also known as overdriving) yields increased boost throughout the RPM range, resulting in increased horsepower and torque across a wide powerband when paired with an appropriate Stage 2 tune.
Check out our dyno graph to see the results of our overdrive crankshaft pulley upgrade! After installing our ECS 57.6mm Supercharger Pulley, we found maximum gains of 64 WHP and 53 WTQ with an IE stage 2 tune. Once we installed our Overdrive Crank Pulley in combination with the Supercharger Pulley, we had tremendous gains of 98 WHP and 95 WTQ!

NOTE: A compatible Stage 2 (or higher) tune is required for use. Supercharger cooling system upgrades are highly recommended for dual pulley setups.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
