Made from heavy-duty, fiber-reinforced silicone, this silicone expansion tank hose can handle higher temperatures and greater pressure than its factory rubber counterpart. Designed to resist electrochemical degradation and tested up to continuous 250° Fahrenheit operating temperature and over 45 psi, you can expect to achieve greater reliability, less turbulence, and improved flow with our smooth silicone hoses.
This hose features smoother internal passageways, consistent internal hose diameter, and smoother bends. These changes result in improved flow for greater cooling system performance and added durability.
Replaces OEM Part Numbers: 17128570061, 17128507235.
Installation is straightforward: begin by removing the factory overflow hose and retaining clips. Transfer the OEM metal clips from the factory connector to the new billet fittings, then press the fittings onto the expansion tank and upper coolant hose. The included silicone hose is routed through the OEM path and securely clamped onto the billet fittings. After installation, the fittings can stay in place, only the silicone needs to be removed for future maintenance.

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
