Turner Motorsport E36 Performance Carbon Fiber Intake Systems

The team at Turner are E36 enthusiasts and it shows. There was an immense amount of thought put into their new intake.�Built from the throttle body forwards, the�ground-up designed e36 intake offers a closed lid design that, when paired with the�powder coated heat shield, keeps your intake temps cool, all while packaging neatly into the engine bay, ensuring your intake is working as efficiently as possible while looking as good as ever. Turners versatile intake includes all the provisions from the intake to the throttle body inlet, making every adjustment along the way to fit with whichever 6-cylinder USDM E36 you have, fitting all ASC and non-ASC, M and Non-M, and OBD1 and OBD2 variants.

No E36 engine bay has looked this good, your new intake looks right at home in the factory location with the OEM inlet duct but that is not all. With the new and improved intake you achieve a larger air box size to keep your engine properly fed with greater amounts of cool air. With the design of the powder coated aluminum heat shield you get the added induction noise that the factory air box subdues all to well. Under the beautiful high gloss carbon fiber cover you will find an oversized turner blue cone filter that allows for maximum filtration and flow. The oiled cone filter couples to a powder coated black intake tube with flange that rigidly mounts to the air box for a confidence inspiring and solid install. Between the intake tube and MAF is a 4-ply reinforced silicone coupler to ensure you get a tight and durable flow of air through the very crucial meter. Here is where the other intakes on the market fall short, normally the intake ends right at the MAF leaving you subject to work with your warn out or failing rubber inlet boot(this is crucial). To ensure all the valuable air is getting properly making it into your intake manifold you are supplied with a new an improved�4-ply reinforced silicone intake boot that connects directly to your throttle body. To ensure no E36 was left behind the engineers at turner made three different variations of the throttle body boot. One boot is for OBD1 and features two ports for the IAC and PCV, the second boot is for OBD2 without ASC which features a longer silicone and single port with additional plug and finally a shorter boot for OBD2 cars equipped with ASC.�
