By substituting the restrictive factory muffler and resonator with a CNC mandrel-bent 3.0-inch straight-through design, this kit minimizes backpressure and accelerates exhaust gas evacuation. This architecture enhances the raw acoustic output of the N52 engine while retaining all factory primary and secondary OEM catalytic converters to maintain emissions compliance. Fabricated entirely from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the assembly utilizes a brushed finish for long-term corrosion resistance and thermal tolerance. The rear outlet features integrated stepped, slash-cut tips finished with precision laser-etched Turner branding, designed to fill the rear valence cutout cleanly.

Installation is a breeze, requiring just two cuts along the factory-marked locations on the OEM midpipe, allowing the system to bolt up directly without further fabrication. Because the cuts are made at the factory service points, the modification is fully reversible using standard sleeve couplers to reinstall the original exhaust assembly if desired. Built for ideal fitment, the rigid sheet metal brackets provide precise, secure mounting that keeps the exhaust planted under aggressive driving. Slip-fit ends allow for easy adjustments during test-fitting, while the included sleeve and Accu-Seal style clamps ensure a tight, leak-free seal right out of the box.
