The front control arm bushings on the E46 chassis are a common area of trouble, especially on Xi AWD models. Bushing failure can cause a number of ride quality problems, such as a shudder when braking or a clunking noise when you hit a bump.
Turner Motorsport has developed bushings designed to upgrade your driving experience, while providing lasting quality for years to come. Turner bushings sport an 80A Durometer Polyurethane (about 30% stiffer than stock) for a comfortable street upgrade, without unnecessary stiffness and decreased ride quality. These bushings include specially designed internal features to retain grease for a quiet and low maintenance experience. The specially designed delrin insert also matches the OE profile of the control arm. This provides a smooth running surface for the poly, extending life and preventing noise. Turner has made things easy for you, pre-installing the bushings into new housings so all you have to do is unbolt the old and bolt up the new!

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
