The ECU Tuning accurately reports engine torque to the TCU, allowing both control units to communicate seamlessly while preserving factory safety strategies.

With VariSpec on your EA839 3.0T, you can configure your transmission to behave how you want it to:
Enables AMAX-based high-performance shift strategy during rolling acceleration in Sport and Manual modes for faster, more direct shifts under load above approximately 5,500 RPM.
Retains kickdown functionality in Manual mode, allowing forced downshifts at full throttle while maintaining manual gear control.
Prevents automatic upshifts in Manual mode, allowing the engine to hold gears at redline until the driver shifts.
Allows selection between 1st and 2nd gear launch. A 2nd gear launch helps reduce wheelspin in low-traction conditions.
Displays the current gear in the instrument cluster.
