The 034Motorsport M10 Main Stud Kit for EA839 2.9T/3.0T is engineered for high-power builds where increased torque and sustained load place greater stress on the engine's bottom end. As output increases, factory main bolts can become a limiting factor, particularly during repeated thermal cycles and prolonged high-load operation. These M10 main studs are designed to provide the additional clamping force needed to support higher power levels with confidence.
Constructed from premium, high-strength tool steel and laboratory-verified to deliver tensile strength beyond 260,000 psi, these reusable main studs help maintain consistent main cap retention and stable bearing alignment under elevated torque and heat. This added bottom-end security is critical for aggressive tuning, track use, and other demanding applications where reliability at higher power levels is essential.
If you are already in the engine installing main studs, this upgrade pairs perfectly with our Bottom End Package for EA839 2.9T or EA839 3.0T to reduce multiple stress points at once and maximize long-term durability. Together, these upgrades help support higher power levels with greater confidence under demanding use.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
