After upgrading to polyurethane motor and transmission mounts, I was getting some annoying vibration from the shifter... I didn't know what to do, so I called the guys at 034. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
