The 034Motorsport Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line Kit for the B10 Audi A5 and S5 is engineered to maximize durability and braking consistency under high heat and high-abuse conditions. Designed as a complete replacement for the factory front and rear brake hoses, this kit addresses the limitations of OEM rubber lines when exposed to repeated hard braking, elevated temperatures, and long-term wear. Each brake line features a Teflon inner liner surrounded by a tightly woven stainless steel braid that resists expansion under extreme hydraulic pressure. By minimizing line expansion, the system ensures that braking force is directed to the calipers rather than being absorbed by flexible hoses, helping maintain consistent brake operation even during aggressive or repeated braking events. A PVC outer covering adds an additional layer of protection against abrasion, road debris, and environmental exposure. All hoses are manufactured with application-specific fittings and precise lengths to ensure a proper, direct-fit installation on B10 Audi A5 and S5 models. Produced in the USA at an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, these brake lines are manufactured to meet or exceed DOT test and construction standards, while not being DOT certified, delivering OEM-level quality with a focus on reliability and longevity.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
