Wagner Tuning's B8 2.0 TFSI Intercooler utilizes a 610mm x 440mm x 65mm core, providing a 78% larger cooling surface and 58% more volume compared to the factory Audi B8 intercooler. The cast aluminum end tanks and tube and fin cores result in excellent performance while maintaining a light weight of only 21 pounds.
Optimized utilizing CAD software and CFD, the new competition high-speed core and cast aluminum end tanks give this intercooler excellent cooling properties. Flow analysis and simulations were created to optimize the design.
This intercooler is a great choice when it comes to performance gains, light weight, and low intake temperatures, without sacrificing too much airflow to the radiator.
Installation is simple and straightforward, and as easy as replacing the factory intercooler.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
