This complete updated intake manifold kit is just what you need when your intake manifold needs replaced. Common issues such as a CEL (possible P2015 DTC), power loss and decreases in fuel economy are all possible due to a faulty intake manifold runner flap failure. VW corrected this issue with an improved, completely redesigned intake manifold (06J133201BH) .
Along with the updated intake manifold, VW added a third air supply line to the manifold flap valve unit. This required a new "fresh air" line to be installed with your new manifold, and this air should be filtered to avoid damage from foreign particles. The hose included in this kit connects to the top side of the valve and prevents dirt and debris from contaminating the valve. It bolts to the cylinder head between coils #2 and #3 with the included bolt.
We created this kit to give you peace of mind that you have all the components needed while replacing your intake manifold along with the improved parts that go along with the updated design. We also included fuel injector service kits to properly service and reseal your injectors.Typically one or more injector will become separated from the cylinder head when the manifold is removed, requiring a new teflon seal, O-ring and standoff as indicated by VAG. Don't forget to pick up the special service tool if doing the job yourself (Schwaben - ES2587556 / Genuine VW/Audi - ES2975858).

* This part is designed for the TSI engine only. This can easily be found on the engine cover of your 2.0T VW/Audi. It will clearly be stamped TSI or TFSI.

Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
