Your throttle cable is the main connection you have from the gas pedal to the throttle body. Do you have hesitation or delayed pedal response? Think of when you are sitting at a stop light or making a turn into a flow of traffic, you may not realize it but if you haven't replaced your throttle cable and bushings this will require you to apply pressure to the gas pedal before getting feedback which can cause slow starts at stop lights and put you in danger when merging in traffic. These are not issues with old cars, they are issues related to your throttle response! Symptoms to look for: lackluster/sloppy throttle actuation, deformed throttle cable appearance, and bushing condition. Your throttle cable bushings can be soft, cracked or even disintegrated by now. Upgrade from failed rubber to new billet aluminum bushings for quick gas pedal response and a better engagement with your car.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
