PART DESIGN

• In-house designed and engineered using FARO ARM laser scanning technology and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling for precision fitment

• 2.5" T304 Stainless Steel CNC Mandrel Bent, Brushed Tubing with 1.25mm wall thickness

• The beautifully crafted final assembly is artfully Tig-welded and back purged for superior durability and the finest appearance

• Features a straight-through 2.5" flow path throughout the entire exhaust system, in the valve "open" position, which then merges into a dual 2.5" split tailpipe section for the least amount of restriction and turbulence

• A perforated core, wool-packed muffler absorbs unwanted resonance and reduces volume while the valve is in the "closed" position

• Valved Muffler Design:

  • In-house engineered to achieve the most desirable exhaust notes with the largest delta between valve "closed" and valve "open" driving conditions

  • Valve Closed Routing - 3-chamber perforated reduction tubes with stainless steel wool packing material provides a sporty driving experience without causing excessive resonance, volume and performance loss. Muffler outlet is staggered to tailpipe section for further sound reduction.

  • Valve Open Routing - Straight-through 2.5" tubing through a 2.5" stainless exhaust valve provides the most unobstructed flow path for race-inspired driving experience to maximize volume

• Vacuum-actuated exhaust valve provides outstanding reliability in the harshest conditions. Unlike electronic servo motors that are prone to failure, our exhaust valves have been tested in thousands of applications and have proven to be reliable.

  • Our included Manual Exhaust Valve Controller allows you to take full control over your driving experience.

• OEM Valved Catback Weight: 34lbs with exhaust tips

• ECS Valved Catback Weight: 24lbs with exhaust tips (10lb weight savings)

• Swaged end mates up to the factory downpipes with an OE sleeve clamp. This can easily be expanded to 63.5mm up from the OE 60mm for larger, aftermarket downpipes.

• T304 Stainless Steel 12mm barbed exhaust hangers, featuring 360° hanger stoppers, are Tig-Welded in OE locations for precise location

• Strategically placed slip joints provide the most adjustability to obtain perfect fitment

• Designed to maximize ground clearance while still being compatible with aftermarket components, such as larger rear sway bars.

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
