The ECS Tuning Billet Tunnel Brace for the modern day MQB chassis replaces the thin stamped steel braces installed from the factory. The substantial added thickness and width ensures a more rigid connection to both sides of the tunnel. The chassis brace is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum and beautifully anodized in your choice of gloss red or gloss black to offer both great looks and durability.

Our tunnel brace is a precision engineered structural component that ensures power is transferred properly and not lost through chassis flex, without any perceivable increase in NVH.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our ECS Billet Front Tunnel Brace was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
Installation is simple. The brace mounts into the factory position and re-uses the OEM hardware.
Mounting bolts are reusable. Replacements are available under ES466771. Torque to 20 Nm.
This product is not compatible with our ECS Aluminum Street Shield Tunnel Brace.

All products sold by Eurosport Performance are warrantied against manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer's warranty policy*. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damages caused from improper manipulation, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Eurosport Performance, a replacement part at no extra cost.
