ECS Tuning MK7.5 / Arteon (DQ381/AQ450) High Flow Charge Pipe Kit (Choose Your Color)

The factory MQB Gen3 plastic charge pipes and rubber couplers were never designed to handle the stress and abuse of higher boost levels much beyond stock. When combined with power-robbing abrupt and sharp bends, inferior rubber material, and small diameter tubing, it's easy to see why your intercooler pipes and couplers should be upgraded, even on stock vehicles.

At ECS Tuning, we're proud to release our in house designed and engineered High Flow Turbo Outlet Pipe Kit. Each kit comes standard with a precision molded 5-ply reinforced silicone outlet hose, a mandrel bent, bead rolled, powdercoated aluminum turbo-to-intercooler pipe and stainless steel T-Bolt clamps for an easy, direct bolt on installation.

Capable of withstanding greater heat and higher boost pressure than stock, you can expect to achieve greater reliability, less turbulence and less restriction thanks to the larger diameter charge path and smooth bends. Never worry about blowing couplers off our tubes as each end is bead rolled and secured with a stainless steel T-bolt clamp over our 5-ply reinforced silicone couplers.

PART DESIGN

• Designed by our in-house Engineering Team using FARO laser scanning and 3D CAD modeling

• Completely redesigned turbo outlet pipe in silicone construction to fit within the tight spaces found on the transverse mounted 2.0T Gen3 7-Speed DSG (DQ381) or 8-Speed A/T (DQ450) platform

  • Features a gradual taper from the turbo outlet pipe to the larger diameter ECS charge tube

  • Available in a gloss black or red finish

• Lower charge tube made from 6063 aluminum

  • CNC-mandrel bent for the smoothest flow possible

  • Features bead rolled ends to keep couplers from blowing off

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

• Reduces turbulence and increases air flow capacity

• Dyno tested on our in-house Mustang AWD 500 SE in ground dyno. Tested on a VW MK7 Golf R with APR Stage 2 93 octane software, 3.0" Milltek turboback exhaust and ECS Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Air Intake with our High Flow Turbo Outlet Pipe Kit and Throttle Pipe Kit.

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing..
